Goodbye Rat Race!

Im a wholesaler who is crushing it right now in Columbus Ohio.
I used to be a slave in the corporate world of AT&T, needless to say I was very disgruntled.
In February 2009 I left the rat race, I actually kicked my bosses teeth in, but thats another story. I had been wholesaling and rehabbing homes part time for the last two years, because I did not have the courage to go Full Time. Once I left my old store and left the parking lot I prayed to God that I was doing the right thing.
I closed my first wholesale deal the same month that netted me $8,424 so I had some reverves to work with. It was at that same time that I partnered up with a fellow local ninja wholesaler Jeff Kowalczuk 
, from then on we formed voltron and have been crushing it in Columbus Ohio atleast 3-4 wholesale deals a month.
So the reason why I am here is to provide newbie, seasoned and or readers explicit content of how my partner I find great deals and wholesale them. We are plan on posting some exceptional content This is how we do it.
